Booking questions

Can I ask about a particular treatment?

Choose a clinic and describe what you would like to discuss. A care category does not confirm that every clinic offers the same service; our team checks your request with the clinic.

How do cancellation refunds work?

Using Korea calendar dates, cancel at least 2 days before your visit for a 100% refund, or 1 day before for 50%. On the visit day or later, no refund applies. If we cannot arrange the appointment, the Deposit is refunded in full.

Searching for spot removal in Korea is a starting point, not a diagnosis. A dark mark after acne, a patch of melasma and an age spot can need different assessments. Use this guide to prepare a focused consultation, understand a proposed quotation and choose a location around your stay.

In this guide
  1. What do you mean by a dark spot?
  2. A device name is not an individual treatment plan
  3. Read the quotation by spot, area and visit
  4. Choose a location and plan follow-up before your trip
  5. Continue from this guide to a clinic inquiry

What do you mean by a dark spot?

Describe the area, when you first noticed it and whether it appeared after acne, irritation or an earlier procedure. Tell the clinician about previous assessments and products or medicines you use. These details help explain your concern; they do not establish the cause from a message or photograph.

The American Academy of Dermatology explains that an apparent age spot can be another skin condition, including skin cancer. Have an uncertain spot assessed before treating it as a cosmetic mark. Its guidance also distinguishes melasma from other causes of discoloration and describes dark marks after inflammation. Do not assume every brown patch needs the same treatment.

A device name is not an individual treatment plan

If a menu mentions a pico laser, laser toning, IPL or a peel, ask why that option is being proposed for the assessed concern. Ask for the exact procedure or device name, the area to be treated, alternatives and who will carry it out. A clinic category or a device keyword on this site does not establish that an individual branch offers it.

Laser procedures can cause effects such as crusting or darkening, and the considerations differ between conditions and procedures. Ask the clinician about risks for your skin, care afterwards and symptoms that need medical attention. The references below explain general principles; they do not verify Korean availability, approval of a device for a particular use or a particular clinician's qualifications.

Read the quotation by spot, area and visit

Ask whether the price is for one spot, a defined area, one visit or a course. If a menu says full face or unlimited spots, ask which areas and types of spots are included and what is excluded. A search phrase is not an offer from KoreaClinicGo, and a package label is not a promise that every mark will be treated or removed.

Request the total payable amount and ask about assessment, tests if needed, medicines, tax, aftercare and any repeat visits. Keep unconfirmed charges visible. KoreaClinicGo does not set a treatment price in this guide or guarantee a particular result.

Choose a location and plan follow-up before your trip

Choose Seoul, Busan, Jeju or another location that fits your stay, then check the exact branch address. Share your travel dates and ask whether assessment, a proposed procedure and any review can fit that schedule. Do not assume a single visit, a fixed recovery period or that a procedure immediately before your return journey is appropriate.

Ask for written aftercare, sun-protection advice, a contact if problems arise and a plan for care after returning home. If ongoing care is needed, clarify how it will be arranged before making a booking decision.

Continue from this guide to a clinic inquiry

Use the KoreaClinicGo homepage to choose skin care and your preferred region, review the clinic's published information and open its booking details. Read the deposit and cancellation terms in the booking flow before paying. A submitted request or payment does not by itself confirm an appointment or a treatment plan.

For the first inquiry, state the concern you want assessed, your preferred location and travel dates. Keep medical records and payment information out of a general support message; ask the clinic what information it needs and how to provide it.
