Privacy and data use
KoreaClinicGo booking coordination is operated by Seoul Beauty Trip.
When you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. We verify the sign-in on our server. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or contacts.
Booking requests use a WhatsApp number and one-time email verification. No account is needed. A separate account can still be used to view previously linked bookings.
WhatsApp numbers, preferred dates and optional notes are collected separately for booking coordination. They are not sent to Google sign-in. Submitted inquiries and photos are not automatically forwarded to clinics.
We send transactional email updates when your booking details are received or the coordination status changes. These emails contain a booking reference, progress status and a link to your account. They do not contain medical notes, photos or internal staff notes.
An account and booking details do not confirm a clinic appointment. Any booking service fee is separate from clinic treatment fees. The amount and cancellation terms must be shown before payment.
Sign-in sessions use protected cookies and expire after two days. Email verification expires after 30 minutes. We do not keep Google ID tokens in the account database.
We keep the account profile for sign-in and booking coordination until you request deletion. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Booking and payment records, when present, are handled separately where retention is required.
Some pages can display Google-provided reviews, photos or opening hours. KoreaClinicGo does not keep a permanent copy of those returned Google results. Opening hours can also come from other sources, including official clinic websites and public data. Embedded Google Maps may process network and device information under Google policies.

We remember the last viewed clinic on this device for up to seven days to show a recently viewed shortcut. You can clear it from the home page.
