Support hours
Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9). Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Korean public holidays.
Requests received outside support hours are handled from the next business day. Clinic appointment hours are separate from our support hours.
Help us find the right record
- Booking questions: include your CW booking reference and sign-in email.
- Listing corrections: include the clinic name, exact branch, page URL and a public official source if available.
- Privacy requests: explain whether you want access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify the account before acting.
Please leave out payment card details, passwords, identity documents and sensitive medical records when making a general inquiry.
