About our clinic information

Directory coverage

Our current downloaded dataset contains 4,448 active registered medical institutions across 17 Korean regions. 154 have expanded profiles. Inclusion records come from Medical Korea's foreign-patient institution registry; registration is not a recommendation, a quality score or confirmation of a commercial relationship.

Where information comes from

• Medical Korea: registered institution names, institution types and locations.
• Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA): matched hospital records, reported departments and available reported non-covered fee records.
• Official clinic websites: branch introductions, published services, facility photographs, doctor biographies and public menu prices. Source URLs and check dates are retained in our downloaded source records.

Public pages use downloaded files. Information is not a live statement from a clinic. Collection and individual price check dates indicate our checks, not a guarantee that a clinic has updated its information today.

English names and care categories

We use an official English name where confirmed. Otherwise the Korean registered name is romanized and the institution type is translated. A romanized name is not necessarily the clinic's own English brand.

Categories use registered names or types, reported departments and confirmed published services. A reported dermatology department does not establish a dermatologist credential or prove that a specific cosmetic procedure is offered. The exact branch, service and appointment language need confirmation.

Expanded profiles, photos and doctors

Expanded profiles contain sourced clinic information such as an official introduction, facility photos or named doctors. Other records may have only registry and reported-department information. Profiles are not equally complete.

Clinic photographs and doctor introductions come from the relevant official website where verified. A placeholder labeled “Photos coming soon” is an illustration, not a photograph of that clinic. Doctor biographies summarize published information; they are not independent credential verification.

What a published price means

An official menu offer and a HIRA-reported non-covered fee are different records. Neither is automatically a complete treatment quote. Compare the exact branch, product or device, dose or volume, session count, tax wording, conditions and check date. Promotional expiry dates apply where published.

Missing anesthetic, aftercare, examination or medication charges are left unconfirmed. We do not assume that they are included. An institution with a reported fee may have no comparable cosmetic-treatment menu.

Order and inquiry handling

Collection pages show expanded profiles first, then names alphabetically. This is an information-completeness order, not a clinical quality ranking. Registry inclusion does not establish that a clinic is a partner.

An inquiry is a request for our team to review your preferences, not an instant booking or confirmed quote. Submissions are not automatically forwarded to clinics. The clinic confirms service availability, suitability and final charges.

Corrections and missing information

Contact our team through the inquiry form and include the clinic name, branch, page address and the correction to check. Please use a public official source for a factual correction and avoid sending medical records just to correct a listing.
