How booking support works

After choosing a clinic, enter your preferred date, a 30-minute time slot and guest count. Sign in with Google or email, review your contact details and the deposit terms, then continue to payment where available. Our team checks the request with the clinic; payment does not automatically confirm an appointment.

My bookings shows your latest coordination status and confirmed schedule. You can request a different date and time. A customer request or acceptance of a proposed time still needs the required clinic and operator confirmation. Transactional email updates link back to your booking.
